     Our warranty is provided for ninety days after shipment. If the customer decides to not accept
the shipment we will charge a 15% restocking and retest charge. Should the item be damaged
in shipment please contact the shipper .
          All returns for credit other than CORE Refund returns must have approval.
Recently we have extended warranty on Customized Clusters to one year. We are seeing
a few Clusters that we repaired during the past five and six years . In all cases we have
made exceptions and usually give the second time repair owner a good break on cost.
