                      1984 Corvette Digital Dash Cluster
                      The first year for theChevrolet Digital Dash Cluster as seen in the new Body Model style
                      with the designation of C4 Vettes. Production  was heavy this year , therefore we have many

               1985 Corvette Digital Dash Cluster
                       The second year for the Corvette Digital Dash Cluster brought out some improvements
                       in the appearance of the information as displayed. Wide bar code display plus larger
                       lettering of the Digital info. The center LCD display for driver info showed the lager
                       numerals for Oil Pressure, Oil Temperature, Coolant Temperature , Fuel and Mileages.

           In addition to the basic functions monitored and listed by the digital dash cluster
                        we owners find  a well designed automatic Air Conditioning and Heating  Control
                        built  into a compact Air Climate Control package mounted in the center panel
                        area of our Chevrolet Corvette .

           Fuel Monitoring, mileage averages and trip mileage readout are nice. The ability
                       to have instant reset at your finger tips goes over well.

           Again the designers came up with a new logo with the icon located in the center of the
                        Tachometer LCD and light by back lighting to advise the use of the Overdrive function.

         More than likely the best of the C4 Corvette Model years as far as field problems are
                        concerned. We have less 89 Clusters in for repair and the problems are much easier to
                        locate. The on board Power Supply is a definet step ahead. The new  icon on the 89
                        digital dash cluster tachometer gave us instructions to upshift from one to four.
